TecPet is the complete management system for pet shops, veterinary clinics and daycares/hotels. It organizes day-to-day operations — calendar, customers, pets, finance — and automates WhatsApp service so you sell more and waste less time.

A calendar for each service type, with its own flow and services: Pet Shop runs on a status board (from booking to delivery) and Clinic/Daycare on a time grid by professional. See Understanding the Calendar and the Service Area (the team’s execution screen).

🤖 Official WhatsApp (Meta) with Artificial Intelligence

100% integration with the official WhatsApp API (Meta Cloud API) — verified number, no workarounds. On top of it runs TecPet AI, which understands the customer’s text and audio, replies in natural language and books on its own 24/7. If you prefer, use the new chatbot (configurable menus, no AI). The system messages the customer at the right moments — booking confirmation, reminder, service status (received, ready for pickup) and billing — straight on WhatsApp, with no one typing. Each type is configurable. See Automatic notifications.

Standardize operations with checklists per service: the team checks item by item (pet condition, belongings, notes), reducing errors and reassuring the owner. See Checklists.

🧠 Smart calendar (capacity per professional)

When booking a time, TecPet considers each professional’s real capacity — both time availability and the knowledge/qualification to perform that service (by category). So the system only offers slots the team can actually handle, avoiding overbooking and wrong fits. See Resources and staff and Calendar restrictions.

Create plans (recurring subscriptions) and packages (service credits), sell them to customers and track renewals and usage. See What are plans and packages and Sell a plan.
