My Account: subscription and security

The My Account section (at the top of Settings) has two things: your Subscription with TecPet and the Security of your access.

Subscription

Section titled “Subscription”

Under Subscription you see and manage your plan with TecPet:

  • My plan and Status (e.g. Basic ERP Completo, Active);
  • Amount due and Next due date;
  • Available credits (used by the AI) and the Buy credits button;
  • Resource control — the limits of each resource in your plan (AI service interactions, Calendar, Voice replies, Campaign triggers, Staff, Plan/Package, ERP, Notifications, Chatbot), with Increase limit or Add to plan when you need more.

Security

Section titled “Security”

Under Security you change your account’s login password: enter the current password, the new password and confirm it. The new password must have 8 characters or more, with numbers and special characters, and can’t be the same as the current one.
