Registers: overview

Set up Registers in the right order: first the categories, then the services inside them and, finally, the combos that bundle services. With everything organized, scheduling gets faster, reports get clearer and the chatbot can offer and explain what you sell.

Under Settings → Registers are the items you schedule, perform and charge for every day. This is where you organize your catalog: the categories that group your services, the services themselves (bath, grooming, consultation…) with their prices, and the combos that bundle several services into a package.

Everything you register here feeds the rest of the system: it shows up in the schedule and when creating an appointment, becomes value on invoices, organizes reports by category and feeds the WhatsApp chatbot/AI. Entering this area requires the administrator password.

• Service categories — how to create the categories that group your services (Bath, Grooming, Esthetics…) and set the billing type;
• Create a service — how to register a service with the species it covers, commission and the price table (by size and coat or by breed);
• Create a combo — how to build a package that bundles several services, usually with a discount, to raise the ticket.

Organized by segment

Categories, services and combos are split by segment — Pet Shop, Clinic and Daycare/Hotel. At the top of each screen are the segment tabs, and what you register in one does not mix with another. That way each part of the business has its own catalog of services.
