Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the new chatbot supercharged: instead of only following the menu, it understands the customer’s messages (text and audio), replies in natural language and even books by voice.
Where to enable
Section titled “Where to enable”Under Settings → IA → Atendimento, turn on Ativar inteligência artificial. Once on, the screen shows the AI settings (personality, instructions and voice reply).
