System modules and plans

TecPet is built from modules — each major capability (calendar, notifications, ERP, Pet Care, chat…) is a module that can be active or not in your account. Your plan already includes a set of modules; the rest you can add separately (the add-ons). Here you’ll understand what each plan includes and what you can add.

There are four plans, differing by size (how many calendars/professionals fit) and by a few extra modules already included:

“Calendars” is the number of professionals/resources that can work in parallel. The bigger the plan, the more calendars and users.

These modules are the foundation — active in any plan:

  • 📅 Calendar — the heart of the system: bookings, fit-ins, service status. The quantity of this module defines your plan size (1, 3, 7 or 15 calendars).
  • 🔔 Notifications — automatic WhatsApp alerts (booking confirmation, reminder, service ready, etc.).
  • 🎟️ Plans & Packages — sell recurring plans and service packages to your customers (not sold separately; already included).
  • 👥 Employees — controls how many users/employees your account can have (an internal plan limit, not a screen you contract).

Beyond size, two modules come depending on the plan:

  • 🏥 Pet Care — the pet’s clinical record and care (documents, vaccines/applications, attachments). Comes with Equipe and Escala; on smaller plans it’s an add-on.
  • 💰 Commissions — employee commission control. Comes with Escala; on the others it’s an add-on.

Anything not in your plan can be added when you need it. The main ones:

🧾 ERP, invoices and finance

  • ERP (VHSYS) — TecPet’s “ERP” is, in practice, the VHSYS integration: it’s what issues invoices and organizes finances from TecPet. We call it ERP, but it’s an integration with VHSYS. See VHSYS integration. (There’s also Simple ERP, a lighter version.)
  • Extra ERP user — one more ERP login.
  • NFe Backup — storage of issued invoices.
  • TEF integration — card machine integrated with the register.
  • Bling integration — if you already use Bling, you can sync TecPet with it. See Bling integration.

💬 Service and bot

  • Chat — human WhatsApp service hub (with extra chat users).
  • Chatbot / booking AI — automatic service that books over WhatsApp.

📣 Marketing and AI

  • Campaign triggers — automatic campaign sends.
  • AI service and AI voice replies — artificial-intelligence features in service.
  • Notification customization — customize the texts/sending rules.

🛒 Sales and network

  • Online Store (100, 500 or unlimited products) — the petshop’s e-commerce.
  • Automated Commissions — automatic commission calculation.
  • Multi-store (Master Account) — manage a network of connected stores (charged per store).

Adding and removing modules is handled by TecPet support/sales — there is no self-service “module store” for the store owner. When a module is enabled, its feature appears in the system; when it’s not active, the system usually shows a screen offering the resource.
