Create a service

Services are what you schedule, perform and charge for (bath, grooming, consultation…). They’re organized by category and by segment (Pet Shop, Clinic, Daycare/Hotel). Here’s how to add one.

Go to Settings (it will ask for the admin password) and, in the side menu, Registers → Services. At the top, pick the segment tab (Pet Shop, Clinic or Daycare/Hotel). Services appear grouped by category (Bath, Grooming, Moisturizing…).

Step 2 — Open the category and click New service

Section titled “Step 2 — Open the category and click New service”

Click the category where the service belongs (e.g. Bath) to expand it — the registered services appear and, at the end of the list, the ⊕ New service button. Click it to open the form.

In the New service form:

  • Service name — how it shows on the calendar and on invoices;
  • Show on PetBot (Yes/No) — whether the service is available for the WhatsApp AI/chatbot to offer;
  • Served species — tick which species the service applies to;
  • Default commission (%) — the professional’s commission on this service;
  • Category — the service’s category;
  • Description and Guidance — free text (the description helps the customer/AI; the guidance is an internal note).

Further down is the Price & Duration table. Its format depends on your store’s billing mode — by size & coat or by breed. See your case below (pick your type in the selector at the top of the article). This table is what scheduling uses to compute the price based on the pet.

Click Save. The service now appears inside the category and can be used in appointments and sales.

In the Services list, click a service to edit it. Use Reorder (on the category bar) to change the order they appear in, and Change Category to move services from one category to another.

The price table according to your billing mode

Section titled “The price table according to your billing mode”
By size & coat

Your store charges by size & coat. The table has a row for each combination of Size (Micro, Small, Medium, Big, Giant) and Coat (Short, Medium, Long); in each row you set the Value (R$) and the Duration. Use Default value and Default duration to fill everything at once and then adjust what differs.

By breed

Your store charges by breed. Instead of the size table, you’ll see Filter prices by breed: you select the breeds and set the price and duration for each one. The Default values shortcut applies a base price to all breeds, and you adjust the exceptions. (This mode is set in Billing parameters.)
