Legacy chatbot
The legacy chatbot is the older version of the automatic WhatsApp service — before the new chatbot and the AI.
The main difference: it has no settings screen in the system. The menus, messages and flows are built and adjusted by the support team — you can’t edit them yourself. That’s why the Settings → IA → Atendimento menu doesn’t appear in your account.
We’re migrating shops gradually from the legacy chatbot to the new chatbot (and to the AI), where you customize everything yourself.
