What integrations are
TecPet talks to your ERP/management system so you don’t do the work twice. With an active integration, customer registration and the fiscal/financial side flow between TecPet and the external system automatically.
What an integration does
Section titled “What an integration does”Depending on the ERP, the integration can:
- Sync customers — the record created in TecPet goes to the ERP (and, in some, comes back too);
- Generate the fiscal/financial side — creates the service order, installments and receivables in the ERP from TecPet’s invoices;
- Issue the invoice automatically when billing;
- Bring data back — in two-way integrations, counter (POS) sales and receipts from the ERP come into TecPet.
In two directions
Section titled “In two directions”- TecPet → ERP (most): TecPet sends customers and invoices to the ERP;
- ERP → TecPet (two-way, like VHSYS): the ERP returns customers, POS sales and receivables so TecPet stays in sync.
Supported ERPs and systems
Section titled “Supported ERPs and systems”TecPet integrates with several systems, including: VHSYS, Bling, Omie, Conta Azul, Gestão Click, Sankhya, Zanthus, iClub and others. The two most common have their own article: VHSYS integration and Bling integration.
How to enable it
Section titled “How to enable it”The integration is set up by the TecPet team (with your ERP credentials) — you don’t enable it yourself from the panel. Contact support telling them which system you use to connect your account.
