Bling integration

The Bling integration keeps customers and the invoice in sync between TecPet and Bling.

The customer registered in TecPet is created and updated as a contact in Bling. Keep Tax ID, name and address correct so the invoice goes out without errors.

When you bill in TecPet, the integration creates the Sales Order in Bling and updates its status, which is what allows issuing the invoice through Bling. Invoice updates in TecPet reflect on the order.

Bling uses an authorization (OAuth) that expires periodically. TecPet re-authorizes automatically every few hours, transparently. However, if the authorization is revoked — for example, by changing your Bling password or removing the app’s authorization — the integration stops working until it’s reconnected.

The two most common causes are: a divergent customer record (Tax ID/data) and an expired/revoked Bling authorization. Check the record and, if it’s the connection, contact support to reconnect Bling.

The Bling connection is done by the TecPet team (authorizing TecPet in your Bling). Contact support to enable or reconnect it.
