What TecPet AI is and why there’s a quota
Section titled “What TecPet AI is and why there’s a quota”TecPet AI isn’t a plain “little bot” that only shows buttons. It’s advanced technology (Google’s Artificial Intelligence) able to understand free text and even audio messages from your customers, replying naturally and booking on its own, 24/7.
Because this technology needs heavy data processing per conversation, the system works with a monthly quota of services, proportional to your plan.
What’s my plan’s quota
Section titled “What’s my plan’s quota”- Individual plan: 100 services.
- Trio plan: 300 services.
- Team plan: 500 services.
- Scale plan: 1,000 services.
What counts as a “service”
Section titled “What counts as a “service””To be fair, the system only deducts from your quota when the AI actually works to solve something.
What consumes the quota:
- A customer reaches out to book, ask questions or get info, and the AI replies.
- A customer replies to an appointment confirmation asking to change the day or service.
- The AI notices the customer stopped replying and sends a message to try to finish the booking (re-engagement).
- The AI does the initial triage and realizes it must transfer to a human.
What does NOT consume the quota (free):
- Short, polite replies that need no “thinking”: “Ok”, “Thanks”, emojis and reactions.
- When the system sends an automatic message and the customer doesn’t reply.
- Internal messages that trigger no AI action.
How to track my usage
Section titled “How to track my usage”In the Subscription menu, look for Service Reports. There you see, for each service: the customer, the date and time, and whether it came from the monthly quota or used a bought credit.

Does the system warn me when the quota is running low?
Section titled “Does the system warn me when the quota is running low?”Yes. So you’re not caught off guard, the registered manager gets an automatic WhatsApp message when usage hits certain % of the quota. (E.g., on a 300-service plan, an alert at service 240.)
What happens if my services run out?
Section titled “What happens if my services run out?”If you hit 100% of the limit and have no extra credits:
- TecPet AI goes on “pause” and stops replying on WhatsApp.
- Don’t worry: your customers won’t be left unanswered — the system automatically routes new conversations to your human service (shop agents) on WhatsApp.
- Automation resumes at the start of next month or as soon as you buy credits.
How to buy additional credits
Section titled “How to buy additional credits”If demand grew and you want the AI working, buy extra packs (like 100, 300 or 500 services) that don’t expire at month-end — they’re kept (valid for 12 months) for when you need them.
- Open the Subscription menu (the manager’s 6-digit code is required).
- Click Buy credits.
- Choose the pack that best fits your need and confirm.

Section titled “Why it’s worth investing in extra services”Having the AI answering audio and booking 24/7 is far cheaper than keeping a human team on night or weekend rotation — and it ensures you never lose a sale to a slow reply. TecPet AI isn’t just a subscription cost: it’s a growth engine.
