Customer profile

The customer profile gathers everything about them in one place — data, pets, history and billing. To open it, go to Customers and click the customer’s name in the list.

In the Customer page side menu are the tabs, and just below the Open chat, Schedule and New Sale shortcuts.

  • General Information — the customer’s data (name, phones, email, address, Allow chatbot service); edit and save here;
  • Pets — the customer’s pets, with the option to register a new one (see Register and edit a pet);
  • Plans & Packages — the plans this customer bought;
  • Appointments — their appointment history;
  • Records — the history of changes and actions on the customer’s account;
  • Billing — the customer’s invoices (paid, pending, overdue);
  • Pet Care — the pet’s health chart (details in the Pet Care section);
  • Gallery — photos and videos of the customer/pets.

The Gallery tab holds the photos and videos for that customer/pets. To upload a file, click + Add media and pick the photo or video. Use Filters to find media by category. Photos attached in Pet Care also show up here.

The three buttons below the tabs speed up service:

  • Open chat — starts a WhatsApp conversation with the customer;
  • Schedule — opens the new-appointment wizard with the customer already selected;
  • New Sale — opens a counter sale for that customer.

And View pending items (at the top) quickly shows what’s open with them.
