# Artificial Intelligence (AI)

_TecPet's AI: the supercharged service that understands text and audio and books by voice. Where to enable it — screen being rebuilt._

The **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** is the [new chatbot](/en/configuracao/chatbot/novo-chatbot/) **supercharged**: instead of only following the menu, it **understands the customer's messages** (text and audio), replies in **natural language** and even **books by voice**.

## Where to enable

Under **Settings → IA → Atendimento**, turn on **Ativar inteligência artificial**. Once on, the screen shows the AI settings (personality, instructions and voice reply).
