# My Account: subscription and security

_Your subscription with TecPet (plan, credits and limits) and how to change the login password._

> **💡 Tip**
>
> Keep an eye on the **AI credits** in Subscription: when they're running low, use **Increase limit** or **Buy credits** before they hit zero — so the automatic WhatsApp service doesn't stop mid-month.

The **My Account** section (at the top of Settings) has two things: your **Subscription** with TecPet and the **Security** of your access.

## Subscription

Under **Subscription** you see and manage your **plan with TecPet**:
- **My plan** and **Status** (e.g. *Basic ERP Completo*, Active);
- **Amount due** and **Next due date**;
- **Available credits** (used by the **AI**) and the **Buy credits** button;
- **Resource control** — the limits of each resource in your plan (**AI service interactions**, Calendar, Voice replies, Campaign triggers, Staff, Plan/Package, ERP, [Notifications](/en/configuracao/geral/notificacoes-automaticas/), Chatbot), with **Increase limit** or **Add to plan** when you need more.

## Security

Under **Security** you **change your account's login password**: enter the **current password**, the **new password** and **confirm** it. The new password must have **8 characters or more**, with **numbers and special characters**, and can't be the same as the current one.

> **⚠️ Heads up**
>
> The password changed in **Security** is your account **login** password. It's **different** from the **admin password (6 digits)** that protects the Settings area — that one is [adjusted by support](/en/configuracao/avancado/o-que-o-suporte-pode-ajustar/).
