# tecpet School: the system video lessons

_The 57 tecpet School video lessons organized in 7 tracks, with the link to each YouTube playlist and the help center article that goes deeper on each lesson._

>
> Training someone on your team? Start with track **T0** and follow the order. Each lesson takes up to 3 minutes and ends with a recap.

The **tecpet School** is the video training for the system: **57 short lessons** split into **7 tracks**. The videos are in **Portuguese** (with Portuguese subtitles), so the lesson titles below are kept in the original language. Watch a track in order or jump straight to the lesson you need. Each lesson also appears inside the help center article on the same topic, right where it helps.

## How to use it

- **New team member**: watch all of **T0** in the first week, then **T3** (calendar).
- **Turning on the AI on WhatsApp**: follow **T1** and **T2**, in that order. The AI can only offer well what is set up well.
- **Selling plans or packages**: **T4** covers everything from setup to renewal.
- **Paying commission to the team**: **T5** shows how to pay commission to who sold and who performed the service.
- **Something went wrong**: start with **T8**. Each lesson shows what to check before calling support.
